This is body-led work using OVERE® Specialized Kinesiology, working directly with the subconscious patterns that shape your reactions, emotions, and decisions.

Rather than only talking about what’s happening, we work with what is creating it.

  • No. This work is grounded in nervous system responses and body-based stress patterns. You don’t need to believe in anything for your body to respond.

  • No preparation is required. Simply arrive as you are. We will clarify what your system wants to work on together at the beginning of the session.

  • Many women begin with one session and return when they feel another layer is ready to shift. Others choose to work together more regularly for deeper recalibration over time.

  • Many of my clients are mothers, because motherhood places such a strong demand on the nervous system.
    But this work is also powerful for women navigating conception, burnout, relationship shifts, or major life transitions.

  • Yes. Many of the women I work with are thoughtful, self-aware, and have already explored therapy, coaching, or nervous system tools. This work goes deeper by working directly with the body’s stress patterns.
