I’m a mother, creative director, & Overe® practitioner in Specialised Kinesiology. My work is rooted in perception. For years, I worked in creative direction—shaping brands, aesthetics, and visual worlds.

What guided me there was not just taste, but a sensitivity to detail, energy, and what sits beneath the surface.

Over time, that same sensitivity turned inward. I became more interested in what shapes how we feel.

How we respond. How we hold experiences in the body. Today, I work directly with that layer.

Through precise, body-led sessions, I help women understand and recalibrate the patterns their system is holding—so they can move through life with more steadiness, clarity, and capacity.
