What happens during the circle?
We’ll begin with a short welcome and intention, followed by a guided energetic clearing and healing. You’ll be invited to lie down, receive, and return to your light. No need to interact, this is a gently held, restorative space.
Do I need to prepare anything?
Just bring yourself. You might like to have a candle, journal, or blanket nearby, but nothing is required. Come as you are.
