Before You Begin:
Before starting the practices, it’s important to keep this in mind:
• Always ground yourself first: You are the anchor, for your child, for the space, for the entire field. A grounded system feels safer. For you, and for those you’re supporting.
• Grounding your child: Young children are still deeply connected to your energy field. You can gently support their energy without needing to disconnect afterward. They are still energetically intertwined with you. Follow their rhythm, and keep it soft and loving.
• Grounding a space: Before clearing or energizing a room, make sure you are grounded. If others are in the space (like your child), it’s helpful if they are grounded too or do the practice at a time when you are alone in the room.
• Grounding other adults: These practices are designed for yourself, your child(ren), and the space around you. Grounding other adults or other one’s children requires a different approach: including consent, specific techniques, and a clear energetic separation afterward. That’s not part of this guide.
Trust your intention. That is the most important element in energy work. Even if you can’t visualize everything perfectly, your body and your soul already know the way.
Day 1 — Grounding & Replenishing (for yourself)
1. Grounding:
Visualize a strong line of energy extending from your tailbone deep into the earth.
Let anything you no longer need gently release through this line.
Choose a color and texture for your grounding cord — it might look like a waterfall, a thick tree root, or a beam of light.
Set the cord to “release.”
See how any energy that isn’t yours flows down and away.
2. Center of Your Head:
Now gently bring your awareness to the center of your head, just behind your eyes and a little behind your thinking.
This is your space of clarity, intuition, your inner compass.
Picture yourself sitting softly here: calm, clear, connected.
This space is your inner sanctuary. Your control room.
Imagine placing a cozy chair here and simply sitting in it, fully present, fully yourself.
3. Running Earth & Cosmic Energy:
Connect to the earth beneath you. Notice what color it is for you today: make sure it’s clear and bright.
Visualize soft, nourishing earth energy rising up through your feet.
Let it fill your feet, legs, hips — and watch it gently wash through your body and down through your grounding cord.
Now connect to the cosmos above you.
See the color of that energy — bright and clear.
Visualize cosmic energy flowing in through the crown of your head, moving down your neck and spine toward your tailbone.
Let it mix with the earth energy inside your body — 90% cosmic, 10% earth.
Now allow that blend to flow up through your belly, chest, throat, out your arms, and all the way up through your head.
Let it stream out through your crown like a fountain, filling your aura with light.
4. Replenishing with Your Own Essence (Golden Sun):
Now imagine a radiant golden sun floating above your head, filled with your own energy.
Call all of your energy back — from people, the past, the day.
Watch the sun grow larger and brighter as it gathers your essence.
Let it slowly pour down into your body — filling you with golden light from your toes to your crown.
Let the gold shine through your aura, surrounding you in a glowing bubble of your own energy.
Day 2 — Energetically Supporting Your Child
1. The Cord
Visualize a soft cord of light extending from your second chakra to your child’s second chakra.
Now imagine a golden rose gently floating along this cord, like a soft vacuum cleaner.
It lovingly clears away anything heavy or sticky: guilt, exhaustion, frustration, over-concern…
Let the rose grow as it gathers what’s ready to be released.
And when it feels right — move the rose outside your aura and let it softly pop like a balloon. Poof. The energy is neutralized.
2. Grounding Your Child
Visualize a grounding cord flowing from your child’s root (even if they’re asleep or far away) deep into the earth — miles down.
Make it wide, like a tunnel, and give it a bright, vivid color.
Watch as everything that doesn’t belong to them gently flows out.
3. Running Earth & Cosmic Energy
Connect to the earth below and feel what color is right for your child today — bright and clear.
Visualize soft, nourishing earth energy rising through their feet, filling their legs and hips, and washing away what’s ready to release.
Now connect to the cosmos above.
Visualize a bright cosmic stream entering through their crown, flowing down their neck and spine to the root.
Let it blend with the earth energy — 90% cosmic color, 10% earth.
Let that blend rise up through their belly, chest, arms, and head — and fountain gently out through the top of their head. Softly, without force.
4. Replenishing with a Golden Sun
Visualize a golden sun above their head, filled with their own light and essence.
Let it gently descend over them like a warm blanket.
5. Protecting Their Aura
Place a wide, bright circle of blue light all around your child’s aura.
Safe, open to love — but protected from overstimulation or outside energy.
Day 3 — Energetically Clearing the Sleep Space
1. Bring the Room into Awareness
You don’t need to be in the room physically. Just hold it in your awareness.
2. Ground the Room
Visualize a wide grounding cord extending from the floor of the room down to the center of the earth.
Let any heavy, murky, or stagnant energy quietly flow out.
3. Fill the Room with Light
Call in a golden sun above the center of the room.
Let it softly fill the walls, furniture, corners — everything — with warm golden light.
4. Invite Spiritual Support
If it feels right, invite a guide, an angel, or Mary to hold peaceful energetic support in the room through the night.
5. Make the Room Your Own
Visualize a large rose in the center of the room representing your child.
Paint the walls, floor, and ceiling in the color of that rose.
Draw golden lines from each of the 8 corners — 4 ceiling, 4 floor — into the rose.
Then place the rose symbolically in your own hand (if you co-sleep), or in your child’s hand (if they sleep alone).
Set the intention: This room now belongs to us. Safe. Light-filled. Attuned to rest.
