My philosophy & personal story
I’m Esmée - a multidisciplinary creative director & Overe® practitioner in Specialised Kinesiology.
My work sits at the intersection of design, nervous system intelligence, and feminine leadership.
I support sensitive, high-capacity women - especially in seasons of motherhood and transition - in becoming steadier in how they live, lead, and relate.
The Foundation
For over a decade, I worked as a Creative Director and designer — shaping environments, visual identities, and spaces that evoke emotion and clarity.
Design trained me to understand something essential:
Environment shapes experience.
Light. Texture. Atmosphere. Structure.
The nervous system responds to its surroundings.
That understanding now informs everything I do - whether I’m working with a space or with a woman’s internal landscape..
The Turning Point
Motherhood expanded the work.
It revealed how quickly even intelligent, capable women can lose their steadiness under the weight of sleep deprivation, responsibility, and invisible emotional labor.
I experienced firsthand how physiology, environment, and emotional patterns are intertwined.
Not as theory.
As lived reality.
That season led me to deepen my training in Advanced Intuitive Healing, Spiritual Leadership, and OVERE® Specialized Kinesiology.
The work today
Today, I bring these worlds together.
Through structured, body-led consulting sessions, I help women:
– Understand why they react the way they do
– Reduce emotional reactivity
– Strengthen internal steadiness
– Build capacity without hardening
– Return to clarity in both their inner and outer worlds
This is not about becoming less sensitive. It is about becoming more anchored.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Design and am certified in Advanced Intuitive Healing, Spiritual Leadership, and OVERE® Specialized Kinesiology..
